I am a fifth year graduate student in the Physics PhD program and am working with Prof. Lifer. I study the neural circuit in C.elegans. We are trying to understand the mechanism of behavior generating from neural signal. I am trying to use statistical model to describe neural dynamics. Also I use techniques from computer vision to analyze the video data
