Bio/Description
I received my PhD in Physics, Statistics, and Data Science from MIT. During graduate school, I developed statistical tools to quantify irreversibility of nonequilibrium systems. As the underlying property of all living systems, I used irreversibility to learn important time-scales, material properties, and dynamical phases from various biological active matter. Now, at Princeton, I am interested in generalizing my approaches in studying nonequilibrium physics to neural and animal behavioral dynamics.
