Bio/Description

I am a fifth year graduate student and am working with Prof. Schwab. My research interests lie in understanding the organizing principles and processes that govern complex ecosystems with high levels of diversity. Drawing tools from disordered systems, statistical physics, stochastic processes, I analyze simple models of complex communities and study the interplay between ecology and evolution in microbial ecosystems.
