Bio/Description
I graduated from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, with a BS in Physics and Mathematics. At Rutgers, I investigated the behavior and neural activity of alcohol-dependent mice in value-based decision-making tasks, and I studied how biologically plausible neural networks represent information with some manifold structure. I am more broadly interested in how neural and biological systems process information and solve problems, especially when the information or problem has some nontrivial intrinsic geometry. In my free time, I enjoy practicing closeup magic, as well as reading, acting, and hiking.
