PhD Program in Interdisciplinary Biological Sciences at Northwestern University, entered 2014

Research interests:

I research topics across many fields that are related to biology at their core. I have helped create the first false discovery rate algorithm for top down proteomics, analyzed eukaryotic cellular movement with dynamical systems, and I am currently working on the connections between nonlinear dynamics, game theory, and reinforcement learning.
