I am working with Profs. Adamson, Gitai, and Wingreen and am in the 2nd year of the QCB PhD program. I am interested in understanding the roles of bacterial heterogeneity in stress response. To understand this, I am developing single cell RNA-sequencing tools for bacteria and will use ideas from high dimensional statistics and probability to analyze my data.
