Bio/Description
I graduated from Ecole normale superieure, Paris with a MSc in Physics and prior to that a BSc in Physics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi. During my stay at ENS, in two projects we studied bacteria-phage interactions in an inhomogeneous setting and developed a Restricted Boltzmann Machine for RNA sequence analysis. Post which, at the Institute of Science and Technology, Austria we applied the Ising model to study neural connectivity. At Princeton, I am keen on furthering my endeavor to study systems in biology through the lens of physics. Beyond academics, I love playing basketball and tennis, hiking and reading.
